These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CC777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of cc777.wine including sports betting, live casino, PSL markets, esports betting, and any other service offered on the platform now or in the future. References to "CC777" throughout this document mean cc777.wine and all services accessible through it.

1 Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Understanding them clearly will help you interpret the rules that follow.

2 Account Registration

To use CC777's betting and casino services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. The following rules apply to all CC777 accounts:

• Each player may hold only one CC777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani phone number or email address during registration. CC777 uses this to verify your account and communicate important notices regarding your balance and bets.
• The name on your CC777 account must match the name on your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.). Mismatches will delay or prevent withdrawals.

3 Eligibility

CC777 is an 18+ platform. By registering an account, you are confirming that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. CC777 does not permit any person under 18 to hold an account, make deposits, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You are accessing CC777 voluntarily for personal entertainment and are not doing so on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of CC777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order previously placed through CC777's responsible gaming tools. If you have previously self-excluded and the exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to create a new account.
• You are placing bets with funds that belong to you and are free from any criminal origin.

4 Deposits & Payments

All CC777 deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR. The following deposit rules apply:

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit made from a payment method not matching your CC777 account name may be reversed.
• CC777 does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Deposits attempted in foreign currencies will be rejected by the payment processor.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from any illegal source and that you are not using CC777 for money laundering or any financial crime.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from CC777 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. The following rules apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Your first withdrawal from CC777 will require KYC verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie for age and identity confirmation. This is a one-time process for each account.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during CC777 operating hours.
• Bank transfers via IBFT are processed within one to two business days after the withdrawal request is approved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified CC777 account unless the promotion specifically states that unverified accounts are eligible.
• Each bonus promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in all related accounts being reviewed and potentially closed.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated on the individual promotion page.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on CC777 including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, esports, and all other markets available on the platform:

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per single market selection. Minimum accumulator stake is Rs 100 across the entire slip.
• Maximum bet: Rs 500,000 per single event market, subject to per-market maximums which may be lower for niche events or lower-division competitions. CC777 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes for any market without prior notice.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. If odds change between selecting and confirming your bet, CC777 will prompt you to accept the new odds or decline.
• Once a bet is confirmed on CC777, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is offered and the player explicitly uses it before the event concludes.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned before completion and a valid result cannot be declared under the relevant governing body's rules, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that settled before the abandonment retain their result.
• Postponed events: If an event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets are voided and stakes returned to your CC777 balance. If the event is rescheduled and completed within 24 hours, bets stand.
• CC777 uses official results from the relevant governing bodies — PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football, ATP/WTA for tennis — for settlement. Social media scores or unofficial sources are not used.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds of 1.01 on a 50/50 outcome) are not valid bets. CC777 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices and return stakes to players.
• Accumulators containing up to 15 selections are supported. If one leg is voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg was not included, and the combined odds are reduced accordingly.

8 Live Casino Rules

CC777's live casino section includes Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and live dealer table games. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• Casino game results are determined by live dealers operating independently, with results recorded by CC777's system in real time. CC777 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round outcome will be determined by the recorded dealer actions at the point of disconnection. If a round cannot be completed due to CC777's technical failure, affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
• The minimum bet per live casino hand is displayed within each game interface and may vary by table and game variant.
• Players must make their betting decisions within the countdown timer displayed on screen. Bets not confirmed within the timer will not be placed for that round.
• CC777 may restrict access to specific casino tables or impose table-level bet limits during periods of high traffic without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at CC777 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances in serious cases:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account details to place bets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to access CC777 markets, place bets, or exploit odds faster than a human user could reasonably do.
• Exploiting obvious pricing errors with the clear intent of profiting from CC777's mistake rather than genuine belief in the outcome.
• Match-fixing, insider information betting, or using non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in any market on CC777.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other accounts to abuse referral programmes.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities or using CC777 as a mechanism to launder money.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing CC777 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access CC777's backend systems, databases, or APIs without authorisation.

10 Responsible Gaming

CC777 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. CC777 will notify you when your set time is reached and give you the option to continue or log out.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. When reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

CC777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has created multiple accounts in breach of these Terms.
• Verification documents provided during KYC are found to be falsified or belong to a different person.
• Suspicious betting patterns indicating match-fixing knowledge, automated betting, or coordinated bonus abuse are detected.
• Deposits are found to have originated from a third party or from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name.
• The account holder has been abusive toward CC777 staff or has made false complaints against the platform.

If your account is suspended, CC777 will notify you by the contact details on your account. You may appeal the suspension by emailing support@cc777.wine with your account details and the reason for your appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. If the suspension is upheld and relates to fraud or underage activity, the balance may be withheld pending a full review.

12 Privacy & Data

By registering on CC777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the CC777 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• CC777 collects your name, contact details, payment information, and betting history for the purpose of providing its services and complying with legal obligations.
• CC777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• KYC documents are stored securely and used solely for identity and age verification. They are not shared with third parties except where legally required by Pakistani law enforcement or financial regulators.
• You may request a copy of the data CC777 holds about you by emailing support@cc777.wine. Requests are processed within 14 business days.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, payment, account action, or any other aspect of CC777's service, follow the process below:

• Step 1: Contact CC777 support at support@cc777.wine with your account username, the specific bet reference or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue. Include any screenshots or evidence where relevant.
• Step 2: CC777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex cases involving match settlement queries may take up to 10 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate by requesting a review by CC777's compliance team. Include "Formal Complaint Escalation" in the subject line of your email. Escalated complaints receive a final decision within 14 business days.
• Disputes about bet settlements must be raised within 48 hours of the settlement appearing in your CC777 bet history. After 48 hours, settlements are considered accepted by the player.

14 Amendments to These Terms

CC777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players by email or a prominent notice on cc777.wine at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor administrative updates (e.g., clarifying existing terms without changing their effect) may be applied without advance notice.
• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
• Continuing to use CC777 after updated Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account by contacting support and withdraw any remaining balance before the new Terms take effect.
• CC777 maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms which is available upon request by email.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of CC777 that cannot be resolved through the complaints process will be subject to binding arbitration.
